Well, I just don't quit.  I spend thousands of hours studying real estate which gives me confidence in the advice that I give to my clients.  Nearly 100% of the time, my clients win. 

I also have the courage to tell clients when they are unreasonable (it happens).  The goal is to buy or sell the home.
