Austin Park - Homes were built between 2006 and 2017 / 2,500 to 4,200 square feet.

Austin Park Estates - Signature level properties on large lots between 2,500 and 4,500 square feet.

Austin Park II - Homes built between 2007 and 2012, price around $400,000

Avalon - This neighborhood feels rural but only 5 miles from schools.  Attractive, wooded

Bailey Place - Small neighborhood in Daphne with fairly new homes priced around $500k.

Bay Branch Estates - This is a well-established community with homes at a more affordable price point.

Bay Branch Villas - Smaller than typical homes at smaller prices.

Beau Chene - A higher end, gated neighborhood with estate sized homes and lots.

Belforest - Rural setting with very large lots in Daphne.

Belforest Plantation - Large homes on large lots.

Belgrove Estates - Properties are between 2,500 and 3,000 square feet and in a country setting.

Bellaton - Large, popular neighborhood in Daphne off of Hwy 181.  Homes were first built in 2005 through 2018.

Blackstone Lakes - This community sits behind Bellator and homes were first constructed in 2019.  Prices start in the low $300k's.

Brookhaven - These homes are located near Al Trione Park and Daphne Elementary and Middle Schools.

Canaan Place - Homes between 2,100 and 2,700 square feet.  Nice looking homes and neighborhood.

Canterbury Place - Modest sized homes and prices near Daphne schools.

Caroline Woods - Square feet is between 1,350 and 2,050.

Chamberlain Trace - Most of the homes in this neighborhood are large with 4 or 5 bedrooms.

Chelcey Place - Modest sized homes priced in the low $300k's.

Creekside - Nice looking properties around 3,000 square feet, near the YMCA and park.

D'Olive Creek Estates - A small neighborhood that's heavily wooded on the water.

Diamante - A fairly large community with homes that were first built in 2019.  Homes are 2,300 to 3,200 square feet.

Dunmore - Homes built between 2009 and 2018, located off of Hwy 181. 1,200 to 4,300 square feet.

Durnford Hill - Older but desirable neighborhood located in Olde Daphne.

Edgemere Oaks - Small community along side of Mobile Bay.  You can find multi-million dollars homes here.

Estates of Tiawasee - Beautiful  neighborhood with homes between 3,000 and 5,200 square feet.

French Settlement - Construction started in 2009.  Homes are between $350k-$550k.

Harbor Place - Small but very attractive neighborhood near Village Point Park Preserve.

Historic Malbis - Large and unique community near shopping and the interstate.

  

Hope Vineyard - Brand new neighborhood (as of 2024) with homes ranging from 1,387 to 2,675 square feet.

Jubilee Farms - Huge neighborhood with many floorplan options, wonderful amenities, and lots of green space.

Lake Forest - The largest neighborhood in Alabama but heavily treed, with many different styles of homes to choose from.

Old Daphne - An iconic older neighborhood near May Day Park.  You'll find many different home sizes and price tags.

Oldfield - Homes in this neighborhood were first built in 2009.  Craftsman style properties ranging from 2,000-3,000 square feet.

Ottawa Springs - This community is very close to Daphne Elementary and Middle School.  You'll find properties up to 3,000 sf.

Plantation Hills - Large neighborhood with the majority of homes built in the 80's and 90's.

Potters Mill - A desirable and heavily treed neighborhood with homes up to 4,000 sf.

Retreat at Tiawasee - Home starts began in 2015 with homes between 2,500 and 3,500 square feet.  Pretty neighborhood.

Sedona - Most of the homes were built between 2012 and 2019. Charming and located on the east side of Daphne.

Sehoy - Small neighborhood with brick homes between 2,400 and 3,000 square feet.

St. Augustine - Homes were built between 2011 and 2023. 1,400 to 2,300 square feet.

Stratford Glen - Older neighborhood near the YMCA and Al Trione Park.

Tealwood - Homes here were built between 2005 and 2024.

The Reserve at Daphne - Large neighborhood with one of the best community pools that I've see (lazy river).

The Woodlands at Malbis - A beautiful, heavily treed neighborhood with large homes on large lots.

Timbercreek - This beautiful neighborhood is situated in Daphne and Spanish Fort.  See the Spanish Fort Neighborhood Page for the listings in that city.

Villas at St. Charles - Townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a garage near Daphne schools.

Waterford - Homes are between 2,000 and 3,400 square feet.  Nice looking neighborhood.

Wilson Place - Brand new homes (2024) being built from 2,200-2,500 sf.

Winged Foot - Fairly large master planned community which started construction in 2018.
